I am Belgian, 61 years old and live in Spain. Have a government pension of Euro 1711 net and no debts. So be a resident of Spain (resident), and have a property here. I have been deregistered from the population register in Belgium, but I retain all rights as a Belgian, also with regard to health insurance. Now I want to bring my Thai girlfriend, whom I have known for several years, to Spain for 2 months. She is 41 years old and has an 8-year-old daughter who lives with her mother.

Last Monday an article was posted here about the application for a Schengen visa for my wife's daughter, that the application form had to be completed digitally, fortunately she had done that too.
My wife's daughter went to VFS Global this week to apply for a Schengen visa. In December, when we were in Thailand, I had done the necessary paperwork with her, including filling in the application form manually. That is now no longer accepted. You must fill it in digitally, print it out and sign it and then hand it in.

I am in the process of applying for a Schengen visa for my Thai wife. This will be her 4th visit. She has an appointment at VFS Global on January 9. I now discover that the checklist for visa application/Visiting family or friends has changed slightly: question 5.3 bank statements of the last 3 months is missing. My wife and I want to bring her daughter to the Netherlands for a holiday next year for 2 months. Is it wiser to wait with the visa application until after February 2 or not? Because I understood that after February 2nd you could do it online except for the fingerprints. But before then you have to go to VFS, and there is a kind of interrogation there, which may lead to a rejection sooner.

My Thai girlfriend has recently been in the Netherlands for about 80 days via a Short Stay Visa C. This was mutually pleasing. We would now like to apply for a visa for 5 years (MVV?) where she can also start working. We do not have a formal relationship agreement (married or contract) but of course she will come and live together at my home address.
I have a Thai girlfriend, she came to the Netherlands on July 12, 2019 and returned to Thailand on July 21. She returned to the Netherlands on August 3 and returned to Thailand on August 24. So she has been in the Netherlands for 30 days. On various websites they always talk about a stay of 90 days within a period of 180 days.
