Last week I had my sugar and cholesterol tested after 13 hours on an empty stomach. The doctor's assistant says that I do not need to see a doctor with this result. Is this correct since my HDL is only 40?

I have prostate cancer with bone metastases and have had 22 chemos. Stopped now, would like to go to our home in Thailand and I don't have much time left. I use the drugs Abstral 100 MI FENTANYL for sublingual and FENTANYL SANDOZ MATRIX PATCHES 37 UG. Now my question is, is there an alternative to these medicines in Thailand because I can go on holiday for 90 days and then I have to take a lot with me and I think it will cause problems at customs.
I have settled permanently in Thailand and I am 60 years old. I had a Pfizer vaccination in Bangkok at the beginning and end of August 2021. I will only be eligible for a booster at the beginning of March 2022. For a booster I would like to switch to the Moderna vaccine, because it is stronger than Pfizer.

Sand fleas: is it recommended to have a cortisone injection against allergic reactions from their bites? In other words, I have bumps all over the body and also red spots of 5 to 10 cm in diameter that feel warm.
A friend of mine has been suffering from 'fibromyalgia' (pain, stiffness, fatigue) for several years now. Plus bad cartilage in his knees and ankles. Now he is considering a 'Stem cell treatment' (not possible in the Netherlands).
