I bought land for my girlfriend again this week. Her brother was in need of money and wanted to sell land for a “family price” of 11 rai. This is the fourth time that I have purchased farmland for her from her family. I have no idea if I am not paying too much for these grounds. I paid between 30.000 THB and 45.000 per rai. Of course, the price depends on many factors: location, fertility, etc.
