Dear Ronnie,

You had already answered me, but you do not get a visa, now have an overstay and have to leave the country for a year. But the crazy thing is that I went for a new 3 days every 90 months.

I had to go to the Netherlands, asked can I go or do I have to make a guarantee and pay 1000 baht? The man looked at the passport and said no you can just go but come back on time. So was I, three days ahead of the 90 day expiration. Got a new one until April 8 because then I have to make a new visa.

Went April 5. Had everything, including the well-known letter, everything neatly with copy. Then the answer was you have to make a Thai bank book, we returned home the next day after the bank deposited money to make the book.

Again after Immigration, no I had to come back the 24th or the month, again after home and just wait
Patient as I am because I have a holiday here every day so what are you worrying about, drink my beers at home, watch TV and read everything from the Blog.

Again after Immigration in Chachoengsao. It was a quick turn, they didn't look at the bank book that I had to make, it wasn't important, the man said. You have the letter and you fulfill everything.

He went through the leaves and again then the passport went to the boss there. He called me and said everything is fine, only you didn't look closely after the date when you came back to Thailand from the Netherlands.

You have overstay you have to leave the country and after 1 year you come back then my madam jumped to attention and said you can't do that he is an older man and I have my mother at home who is 101 years old he goes with that the hospital every 2 weeks.

The man succumbed and said okay you can make a visa go after Hat Yai pay 70.000 baht in the bank and all was well. We went home, the best man called and said I have another solution, you can go after Pattaya. I thought okay less than two hours from our house, but there it cost 80.000 Baht. I thought no, I'm not going to spoil you. Go to the Netherlands and pay maybe 20.000 baht. But do I have to stay in the Netherlands for a year because I don't have a stamp or nothing in the passport? The 90-day letter was even extended until July 07, 2019 .

Please comment but leave 25 -04 2019 because I don't want any problems.

Greetings,

Aloysius

Dear Aloysius,

You won't get a 90 day stay at your local immigration office anyway. That is the 90 days address notification you probably mean (you will get a piece of paper), but that does not give you any right to stay. If it is good, it is also so clear. The date on it is only the date on which you must make the next report, if you are still in Thailand.

I actually still can't get a line through your whole story. But it seems strong that you are not allowed to enter Thailand for a year, but I will not get ahead of things.

That's why I want to make an attempt to list everything, but then you have to send me the following photos and information (I don't need personal information from your passport or numbers or anything like that. Can you make it illegible because that's where I am nothing at all). Make sure that all stamps are clearly legible, especially the dates. You have my email address.

1. The page from your passport with the most recent visa and/or year extension.

2. All stamps you have had in your passport since that last visa and/or annual extension.

3. What people said when leaving Thailand.

4. Whether they have asked for an amount of money for your overstay when you leave Thailand.

5. Whether you have been told there that you are not allowed to enter Thailand for a year and whether you have to sign it somewhere.

I will then look at it and let you know afterwards what I think based on the information you send me.

Regards,

RonnyLatYa
