After our leave in another Thai province, my wife, the owner of our house, has to fill in “TM 30 form”. What should she fill in on the list “name of foreign nationals in residence” under: 'expire date of stay' and 'point of entry'?
We will return to our house from May 5; for my “90 days” I have to report from the local Immigration Office on May 24.
Am I required to present “TM 30” immediately upon our return home or can this be done along with my “90 days”?

First check with your immigration office whether a TM30 is mandatory for them after a stay in another province. Many immigration offices only require this from permanent residents once they have left Thailand.
Regarding filling:
– Name of foreigners in residence: This is you and any other foreigners residing at that address.
– Expire date of stay: end date of your current stay period
– Point of entry: Through where you last entered Thailand. Example Airport Suvarnabhumi
– Normally you are obliged to make the TM30 report within 24 hours. It now depends on how strict your immigration office looks at those 24 hours.
– A 90-day notification also has a notification period. If you are going to do this at the immigration office itself, you can do so 15 days before the notification date.
You understand that I cannot predict now how your immigration office will react if you do both together and one of them is submitted earlier or later than the allotted period.
