Questioner: John

Recently, about the TM30 report on Thailandblog, different ways of doing this have been discussed. I opted for the online variant and to use the official website that was recently mentioned here on the blog. After I sent all questions and necessary documents on behalf of my wife (owner of the house), I actually expected that I might receive an automatic e-mail that everything has arrived correctly.

Because it is now only 3 days ago that I performed this TM30 online procedure, I do have a few questions for someone who has experience with it.

Question 1: Under normal circumstances, do you receive a message immediately after sending the online form that the report has arrived at your e-mail address?
Question 2: And do you receive something as proof that you have made the report, or is it only noted internally?
Question 3: If I can still expect one of the above messages, how long will this generally take, or how can we prove that we have made the report on our part if there is no answer from them when asked by Suvarnabhumi?

For any answer as long as it is based on experience and not conjecture, I thank you in advance.

Can't help you. It has been several years since we submitted another TM30 and that was manual. Moreover, when I came back from Belgium in August, we no longer had to fill it in, as long as we returned to our own address. Was also new in Kanchanaburi compared to the past. Then mandatory if you returned from abroad, even to your own address. But there will be readers who have already completed it online or for their tenants.

    John
I applied a few weeks ago and I already had a password and password after a few hours, you had to change your password the first time and then you could register.
I did it in my name and as a tenant maybe they are easier here in Bueng Kan.

    Hi John,

I also made the report online on behalf of my wife, and ran into the same problem.

question 1: I have not received a message that the message has arrived.
question 2: I have not received anything that the report has been made. But you can search yourself, under the tab, find information about accepting aliens to stay. You click on that and then another window appears, with a search function, then you enter the date of the report, date of stay and then until the date of arrival. Make sure they are no longer than 7 days apart. Then click on search and you will see your data appear. You can print this out as extra proof, the Thais love paper.
    question 3 n/a

Let me know here if it worked, also good for the other readers.

    greetings rudolf

Thank you for your responses, I first received the message from immigration on my e-mail address this morning
Normally you assume that you will receive an automatic email from them immediately after the online report, in which you can at least read that the report has arrived and will be processed further by them.
No, they first leave you insecure for almost a week whether your report has arrived at all, which is why I asked the readers on this Blog for their experiences.
We can't complain an online report is compared to a personal visit to immigration, for which I have to drive almost 80 km there and back, of course a lot of progress.
It would only be nice if this online report were made so simple that the average Thai who actually has to make this report as owner of a house, could also do this easily.
Most of it sticks, as usual, with the farang, who often have nothing to do with it, apart from paying the fine, from a legal point of view.

After arriving with my girlfriend in Thailand, I also finished https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn24online/loginFnServlet? created an account on her behalf. I have filled in all requested info with Thai characters.
Then I got an email to the provided email address to confirm the account and after my confirmation another email that the account was created with a random name and a password that I had to change. After logging in to (Notification TM.30) on https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn24online/menu.jsp made the TM30 report.
After that I have at (Search TM.30) from that website checked whether the notification was registered around my arrival date and indeed it was.

    Free translation:
Reporting the residence of foreigners.
(Notification TM.30) :: Providing information about resident foreigners (Notification TM.30).

Find and view information.
Search TM.30 :: Search the provided information about resident foreigners (Search TM.30).

    Also do the tm30 online.
Then take a screenshot and print it out.
I take it to Immigration in BKK and never a problem.
Don't get any notifications or anything.
