Thailand Visa question No. 379/22: Application for eVisa and blue icon after uploading document
Questioner: Hank
I am filling out the e-visa form for Thailand online. Almost all required documents have been uploaded. You can open these documents with the blue icon and see whether it is indeed the right document. However, I can upload the last document, but I cannot see it with the blue icon. It concerns the last question, namely document 1396. That is the photo with the passport taken under your chin or next to your head. All photos are less than 3MB.
I have been in contact with the Thai embassy in The Hague this morning, but they do not recognize the problem. Also deleted the application and filled it in again. Am I doing something wrong? Do you recognize this? What could be the cause?
