Thailand Visa question No. 245/22: Non-immigrant OA
Questioner: Dick
I have 2 questions about the OA multiple entry visa, the Medical certificate, who may/must complete this? Can that be my general practitioner or must this be done by a certain body?
The invitation letter, is there a standard letter available for this and should it also be in Thai or English?

You can find one in Thai on the website of the Thai embassy in Brussels. Make some adjustments because it is addressed to the consul in Brussels. But may also be your own version.
