Questioner: Nok

Tonight I spent a long time with my sister-in-law to apply for a Non Imm O retiremnet visa in the e-visa system. Yesterday it didn't go well because the wrong PDF in the wrong field, so again tonight. But after entering the credit card information, the system says Pending Payment.

In the bank's app you can see that nothing has been debited. Do I have to make another payment now? Or should I wait because pending means pending. But how long can that take?

Thanks in advance.

If you have made the payment through the system correctly, I do not know what could have gone wrong with your payment. It may be that processing takes some time or the confirmation from your bank is delayed.

Also check the manual to see if it matches what you did. Can often be a detail or a click too little.

English-Manual.pdf (thaievisa.go.th)

Look under “8. Manage your visa application” and then under Payment

Perhaps there are readers who also faced this problem and how they solved it.

Doesn't the ICS cards app have a tab to let you give permission (approve task) for the payment? Could it be that?

      Don't panic Nok,
At 16:00 on Friday afternoon, all feet are on the table and the plugs are unplugged from the computers.
You will be the first on Monday at 10:00 am.
      Regards, WilChang

    Hi Nok,
this happened to us too. “Pending payment” means that the payment has yet to be made. The fault lies with your credit card (it is not accepted) you have to pay with your regular bank card. You have to slide the screen all the way to the right in the app and there is the option to pay.

With us it was just the opposite; Had paid with a bank card and remained on pending. Paid by credit card after a few days, was immediately ok.
