I have a non-immigrant O visa. If I want to extend it next year in Thailand, will I have enough if I can prove that my income is sufficient or do you also need the amounts on a Thai account?

You cannot extend your non-immigrant O, only the period of residence that you have obtained with it. You do not say where you are going to renew and whether you are a Dutch or Belgian, so in short:

You must prove your income with a proof of income.
A visa support letter from the Dutch embassy is normally sufficient.
If it is an Affidavit of the Belgian embassy, additional proof may be requested, such as the origin of the income, or even actual deposits. Depends on your immigration office.
In Pattaya, the proof of income from the Austrian Consul is also accepted.

Have a look here. Maybe your immigration office is listed, otherwise go to your immigration office and ask there.
