Dear editors,
If you have completed and legalized a guarantee for a Schengen visa, can you email it to your Thai girlfriend or should she be able to provide the original copy? So send it?

Dear Martin,
The applicant must be able to show an original form. If there is force majeure (mail has lost the item, for example) you could ask whether a copy is accepted as an alternative.
I would make a scan or copy of everything you send in advance, so if something goes wrong you still have something to hand.
