Motorcycling in Northern Thailand
This video makes the hearts of motorcycle enthusiasts beat faster.
The vast north of Thailand is perfect for beautiful tours, such as the route around Mae Hong Son with a Kawasaki 650 Ninja.
Enjoy the beautiful images.

To make your mouth water 🙂
In Ubon Ratchathani I have looked around several times where motorcycles (500cc and more) are sold or rented, but unfortunately never found anything.
Not even just in the north it must be a blast to tour by motorcycle, anywhere in Thailand.
contact rene van mountaiview restaurant in mae rim near PTIS (Prem International School) He is avid motorcyclist and makes great trips with friends.
He also knows exactly where you can rent or buy heavier motorcycles.
Really recommended
I certainly know this feeling. I'm an old motorcycle fanatic myself.
Even live a stone's throw from the MaeHonson loop route.
Not far from Chomtong and am more interested in Choppers bikes than in Fastbikes and Crossbikes .
Especially since I want to grow older than my current age of 61 years
But in Chiangmai there is also a company called Harley tours.
Making the barrel on a Harley Davidson.
Not cheap in terms of rent, but certainly quite an experience

How long does it take to get your motorcycle license in Thailand?????
You can get your motorcycle and car license in a few hours, provided you have the right papers.
You have to take your own car and motorcycle with you to drive, borrowed or not, it doesn't matter.
In practice, this means that most people without a driving license drive there.
Driver's license itself yes; done in a few hours if you first learned the theory and collected the necessary papers. You do not have to take the theory exam if you have an international motorcycle license. Holidaymakers cannot obtain a driver's license at all because they cannot obtain a certificate of residence.
Hello, I myself drove the golden triangle +/- 2200 km last year.
Curves, curves and more curves. Rented motorbikes from joe's bike in changmai.
Armin de swiss and go have mapped out those tours.
It is an organized tour. But through direct contact you can make it what you want.
My videos are on you tube
Motorcycle ride thailand with mycrocam or motorcycle ride north thailand jean colson
Somewhere there are 13 movies on it from 2 min to 32 min
Greetings
The bikes were kawas 600 and this year he also has triumph tiger 800 in his range.
You can get a driver's license with a tourist visa, but not for 5 years.
Reggy: Fred says: Holidaymakers can't get a driver's license at all because they can't get a certificate of residence. I want to get it when I'm on vacation there for a few months. So that's not possible?????
To get a driver's license you must submit a certificate of residence which you can get at immigration. You will receive a certificate of residence if you have an annual visa and proof that you rent or lease a house. If you have a yellow house book, you do not need a certificate of residence.
At immigration, the requirements for a Residence Certificate
1.2 color photos (passport photo)
2.Copy of passport: picture page + visa extension limit + arrival/departure card
3.A copy of the house registration or a copy of the rental contract
4.A copy ID card of the owner and write certificate of residence and signed by the owner. (The ID card of the same person who signed the rental contract)
Remarks: Acceptable for only one year visa.
Literally taken from the requirements for obtaining a Certificate of Residence from Immigration
