Thai youths learn to be resilient against human traffickers and prostitution

The Ministry of Social Security has offered about 50 young people from Nongprue a seminar at the Wat Boonsamphan school. These are fourth and fifth graders of this school. Young people are taught how to become resilient, so as not to fall into the hands of pimps and human traffickers.
More and more Thai are getting cancer
Cancer is also a big problem in Thailand. The number of cancer cases is increasing, but the number of deaths from this disease is expected to decrease. This is thanks to better diagnosis and new treatment methods, says oncologist Virote Sriruanpon, president of the Thai Society of Clinical Oncology.
