Last week, a reader question to you mentioned a combination of medicines for benign prostate enlargement. I am 71 years old, weigh 82 kg, exercise a lot, don't smoke, drink moderately, blood pressure around 130/70.
Am a man of 70 and for some time now the puddle goes in two directions. And so far apart that only one jet goes into the toilet, the other jet finds the floor. Now I solve that with a urinal, then I don't spill anything, and I empty the urinal and rinse it clean with the 'butt syringe'. Is there a real medical problem behind this or is it an old man's ailment?
