Shelf life of PVC materials in Thailand
In Thailand a lot of PVC material is used. Easy and quick to process. In the houses, the water pipes are all almost made of PVC material. Sand the pipes and the connecting pieces equally well, apply PVC glue liberally and slide the pieces together. A very quick solution.
Reader question: Experiences with a PVC ceiling
After about 5 months (for the necessary formalities and medical checks) in Belgium, back in my beloved Thailand/Isaan. Built a new kitchen/living room last year, behind the house including wash-shower and pantry. Nice and cool there and is used intensively for several hours / day by my girlfriends, family and acquaintances. Would have liked to install ceilings (Faa) this month, in the places, where I thought of a PVC (plastic), implementation, is easy to install and maintain.
