We all want to grow old healthily and you have to be willing to do something for that. Think of: no smoking, enough sleep, no stress, healthy eating and lots of exercise. Some take it much further, such as the American Bryan Johnson (45). With an impressive history of successful business deals, such as the sale of his mobile payment app Braintree to PayPal for $800 million in 2023, Johnson has now focused on his personal project, Blueprint, which focuses on age reversal and immortality.
The big old cock book
In De Volkskrant I read a beautifully written story by the writer Jerry Goossens entitled “Please don't make jokes about tummies? Thank you, on behalf of all men!”. It is a story to entice you to buy his recently published book “The big old dick book”. This book covers all the facts and fables about the aging male body and brain.
Question to GP Maarten: Old age and little energy
I haven't had the energy to do anything lately. I really have to force myself to do my hobby (crafting, repairing and creating). I am not taking anything at all at the moment, am 80 kg, 177 cm high and blood pressure about 65/140. Eat very little and have suffered from diarrhea for the last 4 days, eat a lot of fruit, including mangostone. Is there anything I can do about this or should I just accept that I'm getting older?
