I had a scooter accident last year, had to pay 4000 baht to the other party for loss of income and damage to scooter. My own scooter also cost another 5000 baht to repair, while my Thai girlfriend who sat on the back had to be connected for 4000 baht at a clinic on Koh Chang. Can you insure yourself for this I wonder?

I have been driving around on a scooter since November 2014. A motorcycle for Dutch law, but in the Netherlands we would call it a "suppressed moped". A Honda CPX 150 CC. Very satisfied with it.

The Asia Injury Prevention Foundation (AIP) and Save the Children will hand over a petition with 15.000 signatures to the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration next Wednesday.
