A short trip to Photharam in Ratchaburi
Now that I have been living in Thailand for more than 16 years, I dare to say that I have seen quite a bit of this beautiful country. Although it is estimated that I have visited just under half of the 77 provinces, I am well aware that there is still a lot to discover. I do not mean the big cities with many tourist attractions, but especially the smaller places, where life still radiates full of old Thai glory.
Thi Lo Su, the highest waterfall in Thailand

If you want to visit one of the highest waterfalls in Thailand, you have to go to the mountains in the western province of Tak. The Thi Loh Su is located in the protected area of Umphang and is both the largest and highest waterfall in the country. From a height of 250 meters, the water plunges over a length of 450 meters into the Mae Klong River.
It is probably the largest freshwater fish ever discovered, this huge stingray. The fish was retrieved from Thailand's Mae Klong River last week.
