Reader question: Holland snack bar in Pattaya

We are going to spend the winter in Thailand again and most of the time we will be back in our rented apartment in Pattaya. A few times a week we went to eat at the Holland snack bar (formerly De BOX) which was well run by Hans' wife. But it had to stop for health reasons until further notice.
