What are the consequences of divorce in Thailand?
After 11 years of marriage, I am considering divorcing my Thai wife. We have a 4 year old son. I was married for the Buddha as well as for the law in Thailand at the time. Are there any financial obligations for me if I get a divorce? Can she claim my pension? I am retired and receive AOW and pension from ABP.
