Thailand Visa question No. 170/23: Emigrating to Thailand at the age of 48, which visa and what about extension?
I am 48 years old and want to emigrate to Thailand to my Thai partner's home address. Now there are many forms of visas and methods to go to Thailand. The more I read, the more confused I become. What is the wisdom now, apply for a 90 day Non-Immigrant Visa O Visa (90 days stay) or apply for a Non-Immigrant Visa OA (long stay), which again has 2 options. or Non-Immigrant Visa OX (long stay).
I am looking for a language school in Khon Kaen with ED VISA. Can you help me with this?
Thailand visa question No. 046/20: ED Visa
At the moment the documents for an ED visa are being sent to my home in the Netherlands. Half way through I fly back to Bangkok with my girlfriend. This morning I called the consulate in Amsterdam and put my questions about the ED visa application there. Only the answers I got didn't really clear things up. So I would like to hear your thoughts on this.
My name is Job, 20 years old, and currently studying in Bangkok for half a year. I arrived at the beginning of August and it's really great here! Already made quite a few trips in Thailand in the first weeks. Now I would also like to make trips outside Thailand, but unfortunately I have a single entry visa, valid until October 31. A multiple was not possible for any of the Dutch students at the embassy in The Hague.
Since March 19 I have been staying on Koh Phangan for an internship. For this I have applied for a non-immigrant visa ed single entry (90 days). My visa ends on June 16 and I will stay here for my internship until July 4. After that I will be here as a tourist until July 28.
