I book Citrus Sukhumvit 13 hotel for September 19th and 20th. Also had something from a translation agency that had to be delivered. Now he called me on the 19th at around 8 am saying that this hotel has been closed for months. So I quickly called another hotel without booking.com. Luckily it was open and reserved. Not useful in this case because I had to bother others with my problem.
