I had my blood checked yesterday, but I don't understand it. There was an assistant who did the check and he didn't speak English.

My name is P., age 68 years. I have been living in Thailand for 5 years. After a life with many addictions such as alcohol, drugs and smoking, I stopped everything 20 years ago. My new addiction has become fitness, 7 days a week. I don't use any medication. In the Netherlands I had my blood checked regularly. In the conversation with the doctor afterwards it was invariably, cholesterol a bit too high, but the good ones compensate for this. And no reason for medicine. Now I have the last two blood results from Thailand and I would like to ask you how to read this and what you think about it.
