A question concerns entry with a 60-day visa. With this visa, do we also have to fill in the emigration card (for 30 days entry) upon arrival for Thai customs? Or is showing passport with 60 days visa sufficient at the Emigration Bkk Airport?
Thailand scraps 'arrival and departure card' for tourists and comes with app for TM30
A senior Thai official announced yesterday that foreign tourists will soon no longer have to fill in a 'departure and arrival card' (TM6) when they arrive in Thailand. There is also good news for the hated TM30.
Question about TM28 and TM30
Much has already been written and commented on here on the blog and also on the internet there is just some information to be found, mainly contradictory. Forgive me, but now I really can't see the wood for the trees anymore.
Reader question: Fill in the TM6 form on the plane
Holidaymakers to Thailand have recently been given the new TM6 form to complete for immigration (usually handed over during the flight to fill in). Is there anyone who can share a completed example? What also strikes me is the very limited space to enter the address of residence, especially if you also have to enter the place there, because I don't see that anywhere else.
Bangkok Post corrects itself once again. For example, yesterday's message that Thais no longer have to fill in an 'Arrival Card' from October 1 appears to be incorrect.
