The international aviation organization IATA predicts that air traffic in Thailand will grow to 20 million flights per year over the next 3 years. Thailand is then the twentieth largest player in the world aviation market.
Data analysis agency OAG has conducted research into the busiest international air routes in 2017. This shows that Asian cities in particular score high in the top 10. Bangkok – Singapore is in tenth place with 14.445 flights.
