What are appointments for? (reader submission)
Our Belgian embassy is only accessible by appointment for most handling procedures. I had an appointment last week at 13.00:13 PM in the afternoon. We were half an hour early and had to wait downstairs because the embassy didn't open until XNUMX pm.
