My Thai girlfriend and I are going to buy a land in Hua Hin and later build a house on it. Now, after looking up and getting all the info, we will probably do this with either a Thai company, or land in my girlfriend's name and work with building rights (and/or mortgage in my favor).

My (Thai) wife and I have had a will drawn up by a civil-law notary in the Netherlands. Because we also own real estate in Thailand, the notary advises us to also have a will drawn up in Thailand, which of course should contain more or less the same as the Dutch will.
