Santorini Park in Cha-am, a piece of Greece in Thailand
Santorini Park in Cha-am (near Hua Hin) is a theme park entirely in the style of the famous Greek island. You will find an impressive array of shops, restaurants, an amusement park and a water park. So fun for the whole family.
Once inside you imagine yourself in a Greek village located on an island in the Aegean Sea. Taking a picture with the white houses and blue domed churches in the background, makes you think of a postcard or Greek travel guide, but nothing could be further from the truth.
The Santorini Park has five zones for all-encompassing entertainment. Park Zone is the amusement park with a 40 meter high Ferris wheel and other adventurous amusement rides. Village Zone is all about the Greek island village architecture and laid-back vibe. Wander through the maze of cobbled alleys lined with two-story whitewashed buildings and more than 140 boutiques.
In the Rest Area you will find a large number of fast food restaurants, cafes, personal care salons, a gas station, convenience stores and more souvenir shops. In addition to shopping and entertainment, Santorini Park also has an activity zone, a 3.000 m² outdoor area where live concerts and performances are held. The Weekend Art Market offers you a kind of flea market with a wide selection of creative souvenirs and handicrafts to take home.
The “Santorini Water Fantasy” water park, added in 2013, is also spectacular. This water park is no less than 30.000 square meters in size.
