Terminal 21 at Pattaya

This week I recently opened Terminal 21 in Pattaya again quietly viewed. Although it was very busy outside and in the parking garage, it was not too bad in the shopping center.

A few things struck me. Maybe a person gets "used or spoiled" with such large shopping centers, but I was not very impressed with this new addition in Pattaya.

The parking garage is much too small, compared to the number of visitors expected. I was forced to drive from bottom to top and back again! No place. That is why the car was parked in the direction of travel in front of the cars in the parking bays, but in such a way (in neutral position) that the car could be pushed away to let someone else out. There was double parking everywhere on all decks! One could possibly park the car in the parking lot of Big Eyes. A side street behind Terminal 21. This entrance was still closed and you could only enter the parking garage via the Pattaya Nua Road.

The size of this Terminal 21 is smaller than that of Korat and appears somewhat sterile. In that respect, I prefer Central Festival where parking is always possible, even if it is sometimes on the sixth floor. The range is also more extensive with banks for payment transactions, suitcases, bags, jewellery, kitchen machines, footwear and many restaurants. And a beautiful view of the sea.

Whether it is worth standing in a traffic jam for a long time to visit this, everyone has to decide for themselves. It is wiser to choose a weekday.

whether you go with the 10 bath van or with the motorbike because yes all major shopping centers have little parking space (I think) and especially in the weekend when it is very hot many people come to walk alone because then they have arcio haha

When I go to town I usually don't get further than the bank and the Topps in Central.
Furthermore, I never like the design of such a shop.
It is not designed to get you where you want to be as quickly as possible, but to take you past as many shops as possible.
That means that you spend minutes on detours to get from a shop on one floor to a shop on another floor.
Nice for the sellers, but not for the customer.

By the way, I hope they anchored that plane properly and that it is solidly put together.
Otherwise it could take off in a storm.
I think that plane catches a lot of wind.

Very severe storm (wind force 12) means wind speed of 117 km/h.
An airplane easily needs 300 km/h or more to take off.

Furthermore, we can safely assume that people with knowledge of business put that plane down.

Parking with my motorbike was also not possible on the opening day. Everything packed. And the interior of the store was very Chinese, Japanese and Korean, but anything but Thai! And that there was an Eiffel Tower, a “Montmartre” and a Tower of Pisa, it didn't look remotely European. The total floor area (3 to 4 floors) also disappointed me. Moreover, far too many eateries (which were all full, by the way…) compared to the sober number of shops.
My preference also goes to Central Festival, much more pleasant, more practical and clearer!

If only people with knowledge of business had done their best here.
Then, as far as I know, the replica of the Tower of Pisa in the photo should have been crooked.

Well, the Thais build something straight, then it's not good again! 555

Lots of typical Thai eateries and a bit bombastic, but also choose Central Festival because it is a dime a dozen mall…. (parking problem)
What also worries me is that plane without advance support …….
I have a hard head in and hope it has been well thought out (advice is not under walking by)
