How do you promote a boring product like fertilizer in Thailand? Just by having a few sexy ladies perform a dance.

The advertisers in Thailand are not overflowing with creativity. They usually fall back on two clichés: emotion and sexy. We saw many tear-jerking commercials on Thailandblog, now we are going on a sexy tour. After all, how else would you sell fertilizer?

The Thai government is not happy with this development. The National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) wants the sexy commercials to disappear. According to this body, they receive many complaints from viewers about the commercials with scantily clad women.

You would think Thailand had other problems to worry about.
