Looking at houses from readers (6)
We had our house built 12 years ago in Phahuya Khiri, Nakhon Sawan district. It is 15 m wide and 15 m deep, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, a large open kitchen and living room, all with air conditioning.
It was built with concrete and later covered with hardwood. Outside is a large terrace with a waterfall along the wall. At the front we have a large pond with lots of fish. The house is located in the middle of nature. Water is obtained via pipes from the municipality.
We stay here about 7 months a year, now we have to wait that we can go to Thailand again due to the covid-19 vicissitudes.

Dear reader, have you also had a house built in Thailand? Please send photos with some information such as cost to [email protected] and we post it.
What a beautiful house Ed with your own fishing spot in front of the door, what a happy man you must be.
Beautiful, another Gigantic Dream House in the beautiful land of Smiles.
Pieter
Beautiful home. Looks artistic.
Good day Ed,
This is another beautiful house in a beautiful setting… hope you can return soon.
Greetings, Joe
An idyllic location for a lovely rustic-looking house that blends in with nature.
I hope you can enjoy it for many years to come.
Jan.
This is a dream house .. I do not understand why you need 3 toilets if you only have 2 bedrooms. Then you are only with four people, right? The house is also very large 15×15 for only a few rooms. Those are big rooms! Also nice is the large pond in front of the door. A really nice dream! Top house.
Jef, thanks for the compliments, we have the third toilet for any visitors, so they don't have to go through the bedrooms to the bathrooms, hence.
Don't think narrow-minded and black Zwartje Jef, nice spacious bedrooms, some other rooms, kitchen, utility room, fill it in, you might even have a sauna, indoor swimming pool, etc.
What do you think of an outdoor toilet for your visitors?

WOW,
really handsome and that fishing reel right in front of the door, my question is that you don't suffer too much from the mosquitoes?
but she can be sure that beautiful house!
Beautiful house.
Would you be willing to tell me the price if you sell or rent for a longer period?
I live in Thailand, Sattahip, and am now looking for a house in a quiet area, for sale or rent, for me, wife and three small children.
Also if you know something interesting for us I am very interested.
kind regards, Ronald
Ronald thanks for your compliment, we currently have no plans to sell our house or possibly. because my wife's mother lives with us and my Thai brother-in-law takes care of the maintenance and care in our absence.
The area where we live is indeed a quiet area and there are quite a few properties for sale. However, we are waiting for the borders to be free again so that we can return to our accommodation without too many restrictions.
Hello ronald,
I saw your call to purchase something similar to house no. 6, and our house more than meets these high standards.' I am the owner of house viewing no. 2 on this Thailandblog.nl. Our house (3 floors and 24 meters long and 10.40 wide) has 3 floors with a detached outbuilding (15 x 10 meters with roof terrace) which is now the kitchen, the size of a restaurant, with two toilets (male/female) and with a staircase to the roof terrace with a large separate room suitable as an extra bedroom or bar/fitness facility. Connected to the large building by a walkway, with a very luxurious living room 12 x 8 meters and an adjoining balcony of 25 M2 and on the same floor with a 2nd and 3rd staircase a very large bedroom with adjacent band room. This also applies to the ground floor and the 3rd floor. The house (..) is a Mega multifunctional building (Hollywood House with Hotel allure). Built on the basis of Design Exclusive Japanese style a sense of Zen-like simplicity (Sakurayama-Architects). This architectural new building is located in an A-location with a view over a beautiful natural lake (zoning plan) in the city of Udon Thani with schools around the corner, many golf courses and a university and all comforts and amenities) and offers many possibilities. With parking for 10 cars. Plus an automatic electric opening gate of 6 meters. And it is easy and affordable to expand, taking into account during construction the creation of an additional 7 additional (bed)rooms and a reception/office. So that a total of 10 (bed)rooms can be realized or 3 separate separate residential floors. This has been deliberately done because new people/owners have new requirements and can arrange this themselves affordably, also ideal for apartment rental or room free. I offer an opportunity to trade in an existing home and otherwise the sales price is kept nice and tidy for only 8.9 million Bath without trade-in 'In short, a made bed' All information can be found on cottage viewing no. 2 of this series' or E-mail [email protected] for many photos and further detailed information'
@Ronald, I know something interesting for sale, possibly for rent, a very nice spacious family home in the direct, quiet area of Sattahip.
Email me at: [email protected] and I will gladly send you the details and photos.
I think this is a beautiful house. Very nice. Exactly my taste.
