Looking at houses from readers (40)
We bought our house in 2013 for 2.300.000 baht. The price included furniture, connections, painting, shelter, terraces, fly windows, curtains, etc.
Located at Nong Preu dark site of Pattaya.

Dear reader, have you also had a house built in Thailand? Send a photo with some information and the costs to [email protected] and we post it.
Where is this house located?
Nong Preu dark site of Pattaya (some text was missing).
Pulls very well on Sansuk 2 houses.
That's a house in sansuk town. Close to Pattaya football stadium.
Is correct .
Is in sansuk 1short to sansuk 2
6 m wide swimming pool is common.
But sometimes no place due to too many schoolchildren taking the seats after school and not swimming.
Dear Johnny,
Nice and cozy house.
I think this is a good price, especially for Pattaya.
I think the pool will be shared with a number of residents.
I see that you do not have air conditioning and may not be necessary if you travel a lot
lives outside.
Wishing you a lot of living pleasure,
Erwin
Is strange, with me in sansuk 2 you have air conditioning in both bedrooms, otherwise fully furnished (no refrigerator and mattresses, and 2.050.000 baht.
Bedrooms are with air conditioning, I already bought this in 2013 when it was still a good price, now much more expensive. I sold a corner house in Sansuk 2 last year for 2200000 B with furniture incl. If more info email [email protected] Greetings
Good choice when a home, in the city
If you want to live in Thailand for a long time.
and compare this with the same eight-year rental period
ilv buy a minimum of 30.000 baht per month in rent for this type of house.
do you now live for free
lots of living fun
pete,
you overestimate the rents. My daughter's house in the same neighborhood is for rent and the prices vary between 14.500 and 18.000 Bath. You can no longer rent such a house for 20.000 Bath. There is an oversupply of empty houses in the Darkside. If you spend 30.000 baht on rent, you will have a house with your own swimming pool.
Could be but about this I have a few for rent in Sansuk 2, and someone came to live a few months ago 15.000 / month and not even a refrigerator yet, so they are looking for something else to rent
30000 is a bit exaggerated, these houses are about 15000 to a maximum of 20.000 per month.
What strikes me is that there are few houses with an extractor fan on the ceiling. I was very pleased with the experience of extractors 20 years ago, when I had a new house built. It makes a difference of just 3 degrees, the heat is extracted. If you also smoke in your home, this is actually a must.
Houses in the north and center of the country are available for rent from 7000 baht per month. And there are other reasons to rent than just money. What about flexibility if you don't like the living environment or if your wife can get a job elsewhere?
Therefore rent first, and if you like it buy…
Just a fairly standard Thai terraced house, I have visited and stayed in such houses. Nothing wrong with that. It doesn't really make my heart beat faster, but I could live there. Only the picture of the swimming pool is a bit unfortunate, because such a terraced house does not have that. That could have been better at the bottom with the explanation that it is a neighborhood swimming pool.
