My Thai driver's license expired 11 months ago due to corona, on May 1 I will be back in Thailand. What documents do I need to renew my driver's license in Pattaya?

Old driver's license, medical certificate, resident certificate, Passport with Non immigrant visa, application form. That's it.
You do not have to take a test within 1 year. 1+ years have passed then you have to take the theory test. More than 3 years have passed, so you have to redo everything.
I renewed my driver's license for 5 years in November ll. You could then only go by appointment and had to take a lesson online and answer a multiple choice question every now and then. My driver's license had expired since August.
This was in Banglamung.
first take the test online 4 questions about water and car. If correct you will receive a qr code. That makes everything much easier. http://www.dit-elearning.com
