Hello Ludo, my wife and I live in a bungalow in Prachin Buri. In a dead-end soi soi where there are 10 of those detached houses. We bought ours at the time. But I know that there are 2 for rent in our street. The layout is as follows: walled garden with carport (not too large), 2 terraces, living room followed by a large kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
Sufficient parking facility. I think such a house can be rented for less than 10,000 baht.
My address is Hse 96/7, Moo 7, Khok Mai Lai sub-district, Amphur Muang Prachin Buri.
I am currently in the Netherlands for an eye operation, but my wife is there. In addition, our nearest neighbor is the project leader when the houses were built.
