Dear readers,
I cannot find anywhere on the internet whether you can also obtain a Thor Tor 3 document without purchasing a condo, and if this is not possible, whether you can obtain it by purchasing a house on a company.
Does anyone have more advice on this?

Postscript response: This is officially called a FET form (Foreign Exchange Transaction form) and it is the official document prepared under the BOT regulations to report foreign currency transactions in Thailand. The document also proves the remittance of foreign currency in Thailand and the exchange of foreign currency in Thai baht in Thailand. The FET form is issued by the recognized financial institution (bank) in Thailand that regulates the exchange of foreign currency.

You can ask for a Thor tor 3 document at the bank where the money comes in here in Thailand.
It is only a confirmation that you can also carry out the same money in one go. So it has nothing to do with a house or condo.
In case you forget, don't forget that everyone is allowed to run $ 20.000 a day, so almost 19.000 euros. If it concerns much more money, you can also arrange an automatic refund at the bank, so automatically about 19.000 euros per day, times the number of days that is needed. So without Thor tor 3 a lot is possible.
