Can someone tell me if you can still rent sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach in Hua Hin? I hear conflicting stories about this.

Beds and umbrellas can still be rented on Hua Hin beach except on Wednesdays. The price is 100 bath for a bed + umbrella.

Yes, you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach, but this is not allowed on Wednesdays, own sunbeds and umbrellas are also prohibited. If you do this on Wednesday, you have to pay a fine of 2000 baht.

Very simply put; Much more than you can afford. Not a single point. Deck chairs, folding chairs, sun beds and various colors of umbrellas. Nice wine with it and a plate of Kaw pad or something Delicious Have fun.

I was in Hua Hin in October and you could just rent beds and umbrellas with the exception of Wednesdays, because then they clean the beach according to the owner when I asked him why not.
