Our daughter is going to study at Phuket University in July. So needs a room.
All tips are welcome or do you have space to rent yourself? Especially where to rent and where not to rent is important to me because of safety.

What can it cost per month?
Have a look at “Joe Mansion” in Phuket town. We were here in 2013, great rooms with air conditioning and free drinking water every day. Not too expensive and very clean.
