Reader question: Real estate agent in Hua Hin/Cha-Am for the sale of commercial properties?
Dear readers,
I have been trying to sell my commercial properties (4 units of retail space and upstairs apartments) for some time now. I have already approached various brokers for this, since it is quite difficult to reach investors or parties that are looking for commercial space.
To date, I am not satisfied with the use of brokers that I have approached. It seems they are not interested. Or a contract is signed, and after that I don't hear from them anymore.
My question is whether anyone has positive experiences with a real estate agent in the Cha-Am – Hua Hin area, especially for commercial projects. Or that someone can recommend a broker based on information from others.
