Home » Reader question » Reader question: Contractor and/or architect wanted in Hua Hin
Dear readers,
We want to build in Hua Hin next year, we already have the land. I'm just not sure whether I'm going to build “turnkey” or just coordinate everything myself.
Does anyone know of good, reliable contractors and/or architects in the Hua Hin area? Or on the other hand companies that I should absolutely avoid?
All tips are welcome.
Greetings and thanks.
Erik
Dear Erik I have read your question and I have a great contractor (builder) who built my house in wangpong someone you can trust and deliver that quality, if you want I can show you pictures of the construction by email, email .

Erik
Dear Erik,
We had it built, turned key by Royal House com, we could change everything at our own discretion and a very fast 4-month construction time, perfectly organized and perfectly finished.
Houses from 2 to 40 million. choose one and modify it as you see fit.
Did research, came up with Royalhouse.com as one of the best builders in Thailand.
Have turnkey homes, but you can change at your own discretion.
They also have the fastest construction time and not like in my street, where a clumsy company has been busy for a year and a half.
