Night market in Pattaya: what about fire safety?

Henk sees that the night market in Pattaya has been refurbished. He does wonder why there are no emergency exits? In the event of a fire, the consequences are incalculable.
In July I will be in Thailand again and would like to visit some friends in Chiang Mai, departing from Bangkok. We would prefer to take a flight there and back 4 days later.

We have a six-year-old son who has ADHD in a high degree, we live in Bang Saray and only found a doctor in the Bangkok Pattaya hospital who has experience in this area.
