Tallest man in the world from Surin passed away

The supposedly tallest man in the world, Pornchai Saosri, died on Monday at his home in Surin at the age of 26. The giant was 2,69 meters tall and suffered from various diseases that caused the giant growth.

Pornchai was recently hospitalized for eight days. He has been bedridden ever since and was cared for by his father, mother and their granddaughter.

The media has already reported on the man and from all over Thailand the poor family received donations for the medical care of the giant. That money will also be used for his cremation.

What a tragedy…. that man had been punished enough and could never have had a normal life. I also think it was a hard time for the relatives. I hope they can now lead a slightly more normal life.
