A bit stupid, Maxima would say. Everyone knows that crocodiles are dangerous, right? Apparently not this French lady. 'A nice selfie', the woman thought when she saw a crocodile lying on the bank of the water in the Khao Yai nature park on New Year's Day.
The woman was with her husband near Haew Suwat waterfall when they saw the crocodile. When they came close to take a selfie, things went wrong and the crocodile said bite. The lady then had the teeth of the beast in her left leg.
A number of Thai tourists who were nearby alerted the authorities, who took the woman to hospital. Fortunately, the injuries were minor.
Signs have been posted in the park in Thai and English warning of the presence of crocodiles, which are often ignored by tourists, the park's management said.
'Own fault, fat hump' seems very appropriate here…………….according to various press reports, she crouched down near the crocodile to take the picture and the animal bit her leg when she stood up.
A little dumb? Just stupid! Everyone thinks to take selfies in “exciting” situations and show it off on the internet. Well, your health is not always good.
She can count herself lucky that she came off so well.
She was very lucky and did the selfie still work?.
Can't believe there are still such stupid people out there. Anything for a selfie, the crazier the better.
I hope for her that the teeth of the crocodile are well in the picture.
