Thai police investigate sex lottery in Ayutthaya

This one fits in the news section. Thai police are investigating an illegal lottery in Ayutthaya. The main prize of this lottery: sex with a young woman.
The police received complaints about a so-called 'huai sieow' (sex lottery). The lottery appears to be popular among male factory workers in Ayutthaya province, according to a statement from the Royal Thai Police. According to the same spokesperson, the erotic lottery is the first of its kind in Thailand.
Hiking
The lottery is simple in design. These are lottery tickets with numbers from 00 to 99. These are sold for 30 Baht (€ 0,70) each. Each draw produces two to four winners. The winners must choose in advance from a catalog of photos of prostitutes between the ages of 18 and 25.
A source says the winners will be announced in a hotels, have to have sex with the lady. If not, the prize will expire.
The Thai authorities call the organizers of this lottery immoral and want to end it quickly.
