Missing Dutchman found and doing well
The missing Dutchman Frans van Rossum (79) has been found. Frans had left Nong Pradu Village in Na Yang district (Cha-Am) on his motorcycle on August 31 and was found last night, September 3.
Frans was lost in an area of woods, but was found sleeping some distance from a berm at 23.00:XNUMX PM, waiting for help. Villagers found the man and reported it to the police, who then took him to the local hospital. He was wearing only a T-shirt and shorts. Frans was tired, confused and covered in mosquito bites.
He has since returned to his home to recuperate and be cared for by his very concerned wife.
Frans' daughter has thanked everyone for the help and efforts to find Frans.
Well, luckily. As long as you don't get a rotten disease from those mosquitoes...
Fortunately, and that Frans can get over it quickly. He, and coincidentally that Englishman in KhonKaen who was also missing on the 31st and was found on Friday the 3rd, were both out on the motorbike. Frans was found partly lying in the water. Could it be bad luck, a single-vehicle accident? If you get off the road and can't turn back, it can take a long time to be found. Anyway, once again strength Frans and family!
Well, it was a coincidence that an Englishman was also found missing and found during the same period. Hence the somewhat confusing news yesterday.
That's right, how a coincidence, fortunately both unharmed
Frans can go home from the hospital tomorrow. A possible reason that he lost his way is an early dementia. It has never caused any problems until now.
Look, that's what the police are there for, and not to stop a peaceful protest march in Bangkok with a great show of force.
And luckily, Frans is back with his family in one piece.
