Tax evasion, deception, drug use, sex with a minor, violation of the law on higher education, embezzlement, reckless driving: the accusations against 'jet-set' monk Luang Pu Nen Khwam Chattiko are piling up.

The Department of Special Investigation (DSI, the Thai FBI), which is investigating him, will ask the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to revoke the monk's passport. France, where Luang Pu currently resides, can then expel him. The National Office of Buddhism is asked to strip him of monk status (in English 'to defrock').

It is revealed that Luang Pu misled the populace by claiming to have supernatural powers and had an audience with the deity Indra. He would have instructed him to build a large statue of Phra Kaeo Morakot, said DSI head Tarit Pengdith.

According to the DSI, the monk was guilty of 'rape' a minor and separated her from her parents.

In addition, the monk has evaded taxes on nine luxury cars, used illegal drugs, caused a fatal accident through reckless driving, embezzled donations to buy personal property, and deposited money in foreign bank accounts.

The DSI and the Central Institute of Forensic Science will test the DNA of an 11-year-old boy today. It will be compared to the DNA of the monk's parents. The monk is said to be the boy's father.

The Anti-Money Laundering Office is asked by the DSI to seize the monk's bank accounts and the land and cars he owns.

The Crime Suppression Division has already confiscated 21 bank accounts belonging to the monk and his accomplices. In total, there is 200 million baht on it. The CSD yesterday searched three houses in Ubon Ratchatani owned by the monk's parents.

The Office of the Narcotics Control Board will investigate XNUMX bank accounts of people associated with the monk. The ONCB wants to know whether money has been transferred to drug gangs.

The accusation that Luang Pu may be involved in drug trafficking comes from the Facebook network against acts that destroy the nation, religion and the monarchy. This group started the case after a video of Luang Pu in a private jet and other incriminating material surfaced on YouTube.

Nice to read this story of the luxurious monk. And there we were of the opinion for a while that something like this only happens in the Vatican? Of course, this is not true of all Thai monks, just as it is not true of all members of the Vatican and its church. Very good that the Thai government wants to end it and this is what the good side of Buddhism needs now. Radical grasping.

    Hi Dick,

Solution found for all those millions of this monk, which the Thai government does not know how to do (!!!!!!) and if everyone else raises his share, then use the remaining amount for the infrastructure.
Get a few water hotemets from the Netherlands and let them make all those people very happy that their houses stay dry.
After all, most of the money has been donated by poorer people, I think it's right that it also flows back to these people.
I'm really not more Catholic than the Pope, but this man has been plucking from everyone in the name of Buddha for so long, that Buddha should really help these people.

    Louise
