We are looking to stay at Second Road in Pattaya

Less than 100 meters from the second Beach road, very quiet dead end street.
Room with color TV, fridge, cleaned every day and fresh sheets and towels, air conditioning, ground floor or 1st floor 500 thb per day and maybe a discount for longer periods.
No breakfast, but in the street next door you can get a breakfast buffet in Downtown hotel for 100 thb. By the way, several places in that soi where you can find breakfast, etc.
Within walking distance of a large shopping center and close to Night Market opposite Mike shopping Mall and a bar complex, but no night noise in that street.
The guest house is about 80m down that alley on the left.
By the way, there are other small guesthouses at about the same prices in that street and the street is between Apex hotel and Soi Diana Inn on the 2nd beach Road

Certainly one of the best hotels on second road is the “Areca Lodge” located in Soi Diana. Don't be put off by the location as the hotel itself is an oasis of calm. They are listed on travel sites with 2 stars but their service is superior to many 4 star hotels. I go every year for 2 months and really wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. The breakfast, included in the price of the room, is fantastic, something for everyone really. They have 2 big pools and towels are available.
Prices are certainly not high in my opinion for what you get. The hotel is very neat and the rooms are large and very clean with a balcony in each room.
You can ask for a monthly price there (if you cook longer, even a 3 or 6 month price etc…..)
There is also the “ACE CLUB” for which you pay a one-off fee per person, but then you also receive a discount of 15% on all that you consume in the hotel
Check out their website - I'm certainly very satisfied and I'm along with hundreds of tourists. Everyone is positive. If you go now you will also get the low season price.

Try Rimhaad complex second beachroad in Jomtien.Zat studios and 1 and 2 bedroom apartments for rent.
On the complex S1 and S2 itself from first beach road or Of A1, on second beach road.
With a saltwater swimming pool and fitness room on both complexes. Studios from a 12.000 bath. 1 bedroom from 15.000 and 2 room apartments from 18.000 bath.

There are few Russians at the moment. quite a few Italians. sweden, belgians and eh also dutch. (not me). I am in Uttaradit.
