Thailand question: Find a condo for 3 months in Pattaya

Dear readers,

I am looking for a condo in Pattaya (preferably no further than 3rd Road) for a period of 3 months (starting around 11/06/2023).

I am not demanding about the facilities of the condo building itself. For the condo itself I like it neat with air conditioning, a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a refrigerator, microwave, dining table, work table and possibly also a toaster 🙂 .
I expect a price of maximum 15.000 baht per month.

Are there people among you who might rent out a condo yourself or can recommend a nice condo that meets the requirements?
