Thailand question: When will EVA Air fly to Bangkok again?
Dear readers,
Now that it seems that the light for Thailand is going green, we want to book a holiday. But I want to go to Bangkok with EVA Air. Does anyone have any idea when they will fly again?
Regards,
John

Called EVA-AIR today.
The next flight would be on 28/12/2021.
Premium category costs 1248 Euro.
This is the situation now… next month it could of course be different again.
René.
I also called Eva, and I was told that they won't decide until mid-October when they will fly again
This morning message that my flight of 2/11 has also been cancelled. November is now dropping; maybe December. Unfortunately I can't wait that long
FYI, Eva Air has canceled the December 28 flight.
Kidney
Also received a message this morning as well as my son and family that the flights (December) have been cancelled. Inquiries by phone tell me that they don't fly the entire month of November and December.
2022 is not yet visible to book so wait and see.
It was said that the reason is that cabin crew always have to quarantine upon arrival in Taiwan, causing a shortage of cabin crew.
This morning I received a message from Eva Airways that my flight from November 13 to December 11 AMS-BKK has been cancelled.. I immediately called and requested a refund, which actually went very quickly and smoothly... unfortunately it is canceled again.
The Best
As a frequent traveler to Bangkok, I advise you to look at Eva's site
Please note that Eva air sometimes reserves a booking, but it is canceled again a few days later
Eva air looks specifically at what the Thai government decides
Now you can book for December 2021, but if government rules change again, eva air will go along with it at the moment everything is uncertain
Swiss currently also flies 3 flights a week to Bangkok. Just transfer to Zurich once. The advantage is that you arrive before six in the morning and you pass through immigration and check points in no time.
Dear Rob,
It is so quiet at BKK that everyone can go through the check and passport control in no time!
