Thailand reader question: CoE system cannot find my data

Dear readers,

A question about CoE. The application has been submitted and my husband and I have both received an email that it is 'pre-approved'. So we can upload the flight data and accommodation data.

The only problem is when I enter my details (passport number, given name, family name, and the received 6 digit number) my details are not found. Fortunately, my husband's does!

Now I think my name is the problem (because of the 'from') I've tried different combinations…

The embassy was unfortunately closed yesterday, anyone the golden tip?

Greetings,

Lynette

Lynette, what if you just enter that 6-c number?

Had the same problem when registering EVA Air. Then it helped to write it together, starting with a capital "V". So if my name were 'Haki van Thailandblog', make it 'Haki Vanthailandblog'. If this works, please let me know because I suspect that I will soon encounter the same problem with my CoE application. Good luck!

Lynette had a similar problem yesterday. Sometimes it jumped to "unknown" after entering three data (name, first name and something else).
Then systematically FIRST entered the 6-digit number and then tried everything. NB I did it very systematically, each time filling in the same box (first name, for example) in a different way. I wrote this down every time so I knew what I had already tried. at one point, after about an hour, the desired message suddenly appeared on the screen: “please download travel” etc. For me the problem was in the first name. If you have more than one on your passport, you sometimes have to state all three and sometimes only the first one.
    Good luck!!

    Lynette!

Has it succeeded? I am very curious if, and if so, how.
