Get Mor Chana app green?
Dear readers,
We are back in Thailand through the Phuket Sandbox application. In fact, everything went very smoothly beyond expectations. Applying for the Thailandpass, obtaining the QR code, the journey itself (with Qatar), the actions at the airport upon arrival, the stay on Phuket and the second PCR test. Everything went very smoothly and we enjoyed Phuket. And now we are in Bangkok, with the plan to drive to ChiangRai next week.
However, a problem. By default, the Morchana app QR code for tourists is set to “medium risk” (orange). I understand that the QR code will turn green after the second PCR test if negative. My second PCR test was negative, but I have no idea how to upload the PCR result to get it green.
Does anyone have experience with this? So far not needed the Morchana app - not even when flying - but still useful to get it green.
Regards,
Rob

Open the app.
You will see a notification at the bottom right
Open that and you will see a link to which you can email or download the test.
Good luck, drive safe
My หมอชนะ (Morchana) app is on MEDIUM RISK/orange since I arrived in Thailand on 9-12-2021. At Notification it says: “This list is empty.”
I sent my negative test result of the (then) ATK self-test to the hotel. The app should therefore indicate LOW RISK/green.
Deleting the app and downloading/installing it again does not help.
I think the Test&Go hotel is failing, but it doesn't bother me, because so far no one has asked about it.
I arrived on 12-12-2001. I went back to the hotel with my self-test that they had given me, because I didn't really know what to do with it after having performed the test. The only thing they managed to tell me there was that I had to take a picture of the negative self-test… and that was it. (But all self-tests are the same, I could just as well save my wife's negative self-test.....where is the control then) If there was anything they would know where to find me.
So my app is still on Medium risk after 2 months. But no one here loses sleep over it….so neither do I anymore.
My case – vaccinated 2 times in Thailand.
After arriving in Bangkok, scanned the Thailand pass QR code in Mor Chana. Then the status went from low risk [green] to medium risk. After the 1st pcr test result was known, Mor chana went green again, without scanning anything. On day 5 and after the 2nd test Mor chana just stayed green.
My only suggestion to you – have you scanned the QR code of your Thailand pass? If not, it helps to scan the code.
After the 2nd pcr test I received a notification in the morchana app, with a link to upload the test result. The link is https://report.thaisandbox.in.th/
I have been in Thailand for 18 days now with flights to krabi, chiang mai and tomorrow to udon. Upon entry, the morchana app turned green. Turned off all updates and communication immediately. Just stay green then you can't update anything. Haven't needed it once. All tests were done, by the way (day 1 still in quarantine hotel. Day 5 just arranged and paid for yourself. Received results by email and downloaded them on my phone. If there are any questions, I am demonstrably covid free lol. No drama just enjoy. All that administrative hassle is pretty over the top.
After the umpteenth daily notification via the link provided, I registered the outcome of the (then still valid) ATK test. In the section where the lab code is requested, I entered “na”. Then the color immediately changed from orange to green.
